The Peluso P-67 is styled after the vintage Neumann U-67. Produced from 1960 to 1971 the legendary U-67 is a key part of the classic sound of albums of the late 60s and early 70s. The shape of the dual mesh head grille and glass EF style pentode vacuum tube are part of what enables the P-67 to very accurately achieve the sonic qualities of a U-67. The P-67's capsule has dual 34 mm gold-sputtered diaphragms. The P-67 features two switches on the microphone body. A low frequency roll-off switch decreases the low-end gain and can counter the proximity effect of close range vocals.
